Food Festival at Water Garden Brasserie. The grand festival has been inaugurated
on September 23, 2017 with eminent VIP guests swarming the lobby. These celebrated
food festival will provide the opportunity to explore the magical delicacies of
Malaysian Food till September 29, 2017 with an unforgettable sumptuous
experience of authentic Malaysian flavors.
Malay
Cuisine is a delicious melting pot of cultures spanning Chinese, Indonesian and
Indian flavors and hence is influenced by almost every major Asian varieties
and overflows with color, spices and flavors of its culture and sultry
climate. Young, energetic and highly acclaimed Executive Chef of Radisson Blu
Dhaka, Jed Archdeacon in collaboration with two proficient guest Chef Mohd
Khezir Bin Idris and Chef Azanam Bin Murad from Hotel Istana will prepare incredibly
mouth watering dishes from authentic Malaysia to serve bite-sized portions to
the guest from their specially crafted Festival Menus. To make this grand event
a striking success, the two extremely talented guest Chefs are specially flown
in from Kuala Lumpur to present their culinary prowess at the festival and
deliver the charms and flavors to “Showcasing Malaysia” at Radisson Blu Dhaka.
