·         Chef Jed and Chef Aloysius have created a simply “SUBLIME” 6 course degustation menu featuring the latest molecular and modern cooking techniques sourcing the highest standard of imported produce from around the world, a dinner not yet performed in the history of Dhaka’s Fine Dining Scene!

Signature creation such as Tea “Smoked” Australian Lamb Loin served amidst a romantic mist of tea smoke at your table….

Cleanse
To cleanse the palette a gourmet combination of “beetroot and Red wine vinegar sorbet, crisped Rosemary Tuille, candied rosemary

For the Main affair, 7 hour Slow Roasted Wagyu Beef tenderloin, with Sous Vide Baby Vegetables and Mirrored Emulsions, Topped with “Test Tubed Truffle” at your table
