Radisson
Blu Dhaka Water Garden has been awarded the 2017 TripAdvisor Certificate of
Excellence as it earned for last successive years; the Certificate of Excellence honors hospitality businesses that
deliver consistently great service. This designation is given to establishments
that have consistently achieved great traveller reviews on TripAdvisor over the
past year.
“Extraordinary customer service has been
paramount to Radisson Blu Dhaka’s success and being awarded the TripAdvisor
Certificate of Excellence in successive years is the recognition of our
consistent customer focus over these years. I feel proud to have a team

engaging with customers and using feedback to help travellers identify and

The Certificate of Excellence takes into
account the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by travellers on
TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an
overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum
number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12
months.
