ever Cantonese Food Festival in Bangladesh! The hotel is hosting a diverse
array of Cantonese delicacies from 10th August to 19th
August, 2017.
“Cantonese” Cuisine is the Southern
Style of the Broader Chinese Cuisine, lighter and fresher flavours than its cousin
Sichuan Cuisine, fresh seafood steamed to perfection / silky home-made dim
sums, golden peking style duck imported from Australia, Clay “beggars chicken”,
double boiled soups just to name a few of the signature delicacies being
showcased at the festival.
Chinese Executive Master Chef Dylan XO
in Collaboration with Radissons own already Highly Acclaimed Chef Jed
Archdeacon bring to you a marriage of authentic and exquisite flavours matched
with Modern Contemporary Luxurious Cantonese Style.
Canton
is also the home of Kung Fu and plays an element throughout the festival. Chef
Dylans hometown is Foshan China and Chef Jed has also previously worked in
Foshan for two years. Chef Jed commented “that in all the Fine Dim Sum
Restaurants and famous Peking Duck stalls I had tried in China, Chef Dylan is
easily up there with the best. Cantonese chefs with this talent are hard to
find and CHOWS is extremely lucky to have such a talented Chef of such high
calibre, our guests are in for a real treat!!!
The
smashing success of all our previous international food festivals bears
testimony to the expertise of our chefs. To make this event the merrier and the
better, an raffle-draw with exciting prizes will take place. Cathay Pacific is
sponsoring two round trip tickets (Dhaka-Shanghai-Dhaka) and Radisson Blu
Shanghai New World will provide two night stay for two as the Grand Prize
